Keto meal planner for iPhone
A week of keto, decided.
Seven days of meals sized to your calories, every day under your carb cap, and one shopping list for the lot.
- 153 photographed recipes
- 20g net carb cap on keto
- 0 accounts to make

The carb cap
Every day stops short of the wall.
Most trackers add up your carbs after you have eaten them, then turn the number red. Repast works the other way round. Each day is built under your cap before you ever see it, so there is nothing to undo.
This is one real week from the planner, at a 20g net cap and 1,690 calories a day.
Inside the app
Less deciding. More eating.
The recipes
153 recipes. Every one photographed.
Real food you would cook anyway, written for weeknights. Each one is scaled to your portion, with the nutrition worked out from its ingredients.
Net carbs per serving at the standard portion. Your plan scales each recipe to your calories.
Setup
Built from your answers.
About two minutes of questions: your body and goal, what you will not eat, and how long you want to spend cooking. Change any answer later in Settings.

The details
The small things that keep a week going.
Make-ahead, flagged the night before
Dishes that need starting the evening before show up that evening, so breakfast is never a surprise.
Leftovers planned in
Cook once, eat twice. The week counts whole cooks, and so does the shopping list.
Swaps with the carb difference
Out of an ingredient? Each substitute shows what it does to the carbs before you use it.
Electrolytes, early on
Sodium, potassium and magnesium for the day, through your first weeks of keto.
A weight trend, not daily noise
Log the scale and watch the smoothed line. After a couple of weeks Repast can estimate your real maintenance calories and offer to use them.
Weeks in a row, not a streak
Your week shows what you logged. Missing a day does not wipe your progress.
Reminders that name the dish
An evening nudge with tonight’s dinner in it. Off until you turn it on.
Your cooking time
Choose under 15, 25, 40 or 60 minutes, or any length, and the plan stays inside it.

Questions
Before you start.
Is it only for keto?
Keto comes first, with a 20g net carb cap by default. You can also plan low-carb, high-protein, paleo or Mediterranean weeks.
Do I have to log everything I eat?
No. You tick off the meals from your plan. If you eat something else, log a rough guess and the rest of the day adjusts around it.
Can it work around allergies or a vegetarian diet?
Yes. Choose vegetarian, pescatarian or no red meat, and leave out dairy, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, gluten, soy, fish, shellfish, pork or beef. Always check labels yourself if an allergy is serious.
Net carbs or total carbs?
Either. Pick one in setup and every number in the app follows it.
How long do the recipes take?
You set the limit: under 15, 25, 40 or 60 minutes, or any length. The plan only uses recipes that fit.
Is my data private?
There is no account. Your measurements, plans, meal log and weight stay on your phone. The privacy policy lists exactly what leaves it and why.
Is there an Android version?
Not yet. Repast is on iPhone for now.
How do I cancel?
In your App Store account settings, at any time. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or period ends and you are not charged again.
Is this medical advice?
No. Repast is a planning tool. Talk to your doctor before starting a keto or low-carb diet, especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition or take medication.
